The children have been writing lots of realistic fiction stories. Today we started the publishing process. We chose a best story and reviewed what we look for when we edit. This year, the children have learned to check that their sentences make sense, they have appropriate finger spaces between their words, their word wall words are spelled correctly, and each sentence should begin with a capital letter and end with a punctuation mark.
