Shoe Tying

With the snow, I have noticed a lot of kids still need help with learning how to tie shoes.  Here is a video that shows two different ways to teach children how to do this.  There are also many other videos online that you might find helpful.  While this is not a "skill" we require in first grade, learning how to do this will help the children build independence as well as fine motor skills.
