Culture and Tradition

This month, in Social Studies, we have been studying that people from around the world have different cultures and traditions.  To better understand a variety of cultures around the world, we looked at artifacts from  China, ate popcorn with chopsticks, and tried to hit a pinata from Mexico.  There were also many conversations taking place about our own individual family cultures and traditions.  We would love to hear about traditions you have with your family!

Woven Hats - China

The Dragon Dance - China

Traditional Chinese Children's Clothing

Hitting a Pinata - Mexico
