Nouns

During the past couple of week, the students have been learning about nouns.  Your child should be able to tell you that a noun is a person, a place, or a thing.  I showed this oldie, but goodie to the children to introduce nouns:

Last week, the children went on a noun hunt and created a PicCollage with a partner that shows 2 people, 2 places, and 2 things.  They did a great job working with the iPads and their partners!  You probably saw these in the SeeSaw app (our online journal), but here are a few, just in case!
