The children have been writing many small moments personal narrative stories. We celebrated the progress we have made with one another by reading our stories to classmates. The children practiced giving compliments to one another about their writing. A few children even found a "mistake" in their own writing after reading it out loud to a friend. Great work kids! I'm looking forward to sharing some of your children's writing with you during parent-teacher conferences in a couple of weeks.
