Today the children practiced measuring with paper ants. Then they uploaded their learning to Seesaw. Look at your child's Seesaw account to see what they have learned!
We also started our Science unit Pebbles, Sand, and Silt. Today we explored a group of 6 rocks and discovered what happened when you rub two rocks together. Ask your child to explain this experiment to you.

Tuesday night is McTeacher night from 4-7pm at the McDonald's on Falls Rd.
Tuesday is a Friday schedule - we will have P.E. tomorrow afternoon!
In writing we are making our stories come to life by unfreezing people and telling our stories little bit by little bit.
In math we will explore more measuring with nonstandard units and begin to learn about writing numbers using tens and ones.
